What is the minimum order?
12 pieces per design for apparel and headwear, 6 shells for hard hats. Mixed sizes count as one design, and you can split styles and colors under the same logo.
How fast will I get my order?
6 to 8 days after you approve your proof. Need it faster? Tell us your in hand date and we will confirm before you pay.
Do you ship, or is it pickup only?
Free local pickup in Chatsworth, or we ship to you. Orders under $50 may carry up to $15 in handling.
What logo file do you need?
Whatever you have. Vector files like AI, EPS or PDF are best, but a clean PNG or JPG works, and our artists redraw logos that need help. You will see exactly how it looks on your proof before we print.
What if I do not have a logo yet?
Send us your company name and what you want it to feel like. Simple text logos are quick, and you approve the artwork before anything gets printed.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Every order gets a proof you approve before we print a single piece. Nothing goes into production until you sign off.
Print or embroidery, which should I pick?
Screen print for tees, hoodies and vests, embroidery for polos, jackets and caps. Rough rule: if a customer will see it up close and it needs to feel premium, embroider it.
Are your hi vis garments actually ANSI rated?
The ones that say so are. We label true ANSI 107 Class 2 and Class 3 gear clearly, and we will tell you straight when a garment is just a bright color with no rating.
Does printing a logo void the ANSI rating?
Logos inside the allowed coverage area keep the garment compliant. We keep prints inside those limits and flag anything that would not fly.
How do sizes work?
Pick your size and color breakdown right on the product page. Mixed sizes and colors all count toward the same quantity price break, so 48 pieces split across two colors still get the 48 piece price. Standard adult S through XL are one price, 2XL and up carry the small upcharge shown next to the size.
How do bundles work?
Pick a bundle, check out, upload your logo, and we build the proof. Every piece in the pack carries your logo, and bundle pricing already beats ordering the pieces separately.
How do I pay?
Card at checkout, securely through Stripe. You get an emailed confirmation immediately and a proof to approve before production starts.
Can you do hard hats with our logo?
Yes. We supply ANSI rated shells and apply your logo as a durable printed decal, or decorate shells you already own. 6 shell minimum.
Where are you located?
Chatsworth, CA 91311, serving the San Fernando Valley and nationwide shipping. TradeCrew Gear is run by AllAbovePrints LLC, a working screen print and embroidery shop, not a middleman.
Can we reorder later?
Yes, and reorders are faster because your art and sizes are on file. Most crews reorder tees every season and jackets every winter.
